About Helen Rowlands

Helen Rowlands is a certified Holden QiGong Teacher (Tier 1, 200 hours) and Rapid Coherence Integration™ practitioner based on the Gold Coast, Australia. She works with people online worldwide and in person on the Southern Gold Coast.

Helen came to this work through her own long search for something that actually worked — for her body, her nervous system, and her sense of self. Chronic health challenges that began early in life led her to explore widely: from energy work and somatic practice to the Erotic Blueprints™ and Taoist arts. What she found, and what she now brings to every class and session, is a deeply feminine, body-first approach that goes beyond movement and conversation to produce shifts that last.

Helen’s instruction is clear, unhurried, and welcoming. She explains not just what to do, but why connecting each movement to the meridian system and Five Element principles so students develop genuine understanding over time, not just imitation.

Why Choose Pleasure Waves

What makes Pleasure Waves different

Two practices. One practitioner.

Most Qi Gong teachers offer movement. Most coaches offer conversation. Helen offers both — in one coherent approach that works with your body and your energy at the same time. This is what makes lasting change possible, not just fleeting insight.

Sessions long enough to let the change land.

Pleasure Waves Coaching sessions run 90 minutes — not because more time means more work, but because integration is where the shift actually happens. The extended format is intentional. You leave feeling settled, not raw.

Teaching from lived experience, not a textbook.

Helen's depth of understanding comes from her own long healing path — through chronic health challenges, a marriage that was in trouble and instead became extraordinary, and decades of genuine practice. She has found what works.

Exceptionally clear instruction.

Across both Qi Gong and Pleasure Waves Coaching, clients consistently note that Helen explains things in a way that makes them feel understood rather than instructed. Her language is warm, specific, and unhurried. You will never feel judged for not knowing something, or rushed to feel something you do not yet feel.

What Clients Say

What makes Pleasure Waves different

How It Works

1

Book a free Curiosity Call

A relaxed 30-minute conversation with Helen — no obligation, no pressure. You'll get a feel for the work, ask whatever is on your mind, and Helen will let you know honestly whether Qi Gong, coaching, or both might be the right fit for you.

2

Choose your starting point

Start with a $20/15 Qi Gong class — a gentle, low-risk way to experience the practice and feel what it does in your body. Others come straight to a 90-minute coaching session. There is no wrong entry point.

3

Show up and notice

Qi Gong classes run for one hour online or in person. Coaching sessions run for 90 minutes and include movement, processing, and integration time. Nothing is rushed. You do not need to prepare anything or understand anything in advance.

4

Feel the shift

Most clients notice something shifts within a single session. Some describe it as a release of tension they did not realise they were holding. Others notice more ease in their body throughout the following week. The work is cumulative — each class or session builds on the last.

5

Deepen the practice

Many clients move between Qi Gong and coaching as their needs evolve. Regular Qi Gong practice supports the somatic shifts made in coaching. A 10-session coaching package is available for those ready to commit to deeper, sustained change.
