You might be in the right place if…

Something is persisting that understanding alone hasn't shifted.

Perhaps it shows up as a repetitive pattern in your relationships, a low-grade hum of anxiety, or a body that feels more like something to manage than somewhere to truly be. You’ve likely done enough personal development to know exactly what you’re carrying — what you haven’t found yet is a practice that helps you finally make the shift you so deeply want.

Or perhaps the need is simpler, more physical: a body that needs gentle, consistent movement. Something that doesn’t hurt. A path to wellness that actually makes a perceptible difference.

Both paths lead to Pleasure Waves. And both leave you feeling more at home in yourself than when you arrived.

Two practices. One practitioner.

Qi Gong Classes

Qi Gong classes with Helen are an hour of guided movement, activations, flows, and closing meditation — gentle enough for people who’ve given up on yoga, deep enough to change how the body feels for days afterwards. Helen teaches online via Zoom twice weekly, accessible from anywhere in the world, and in person on the Southern Gold Coast on Wednesdays during school terms

Rapid Coherence™ Coaching

Rapid Coherence Somatic Coaching works differently from both talk therapy and mindset coaching. It identifies where a pattern is held in the body — not in the story — and uses gentle, specific processes to release it. Sessions run for 90 minutes, with integration time built in deliberately, so the shift has time to settle before the session closes.

Working with Helen

Sessions with Helen are unhurried and clear. Whether in a Qi Gong class or a coaching session, clients know what they are doing and why — Helen’s instruction is specific and reassuring, never vague.

In coaching, integration is built into the session structure. The 90-minute format is not about more content; it is about making sure the shift settles in the body before the session closes. Clients leave feeling settled, not unravelled.

In Qi Gong, no previous experience is needed. The practice meets the body where it is. Most students feel something shift within their first class — a loosening, a quieting, a sense of having arrived somewhere they did not know they were missing.

“She is not teaching from a textbook. She is teaching from a body that has been through it — and found the practices that actually work.”

Why she does this work

Helen Rowlands did not arrive at this work by chance. She arrived through her own body’s wisdom — through years of chronic health challenges that led her to look beyond conventional approaches for something that would actually make a lasting difference.

Qi Gong found her around ten years ago, at a point when repeated injuries from the gym and yoga had left her without a practice she could sustain. From her first class, the difference was clear: a form of movement gentle enough to meet the body where it was, and deep enough to change how it felt. Helen developed a daily personal practice of her own, and in 2019 began formal teacher training with Lee Holden. She completed her Tier 1 qualification (200 hours) in 2024 and is progressing through Tier 2, approaching 500 hours.

Rapid Coherence Integration™ came later, through her own search for something that would address what Qi Gong alone could not reach: the emotional and energetic patterns that persist beneath the level of conscious understanding. Training as a certified practitioner gave Helen both the methodology and the lived reference point that now shapes every coaching session she runs.

Her approach is also informed by immersive study of the Erotic Blueprints™, energy work with Sarah McCrum, and the Taoist arts — a wide-ranging body of influence that shows up not as theory in her sessions, but as the felt sense of knowing what to look for.
