Yes. They are completely independent services and can be booked at any time through the links above. Many clients do both — Qi Gong as a regular weekly practice and coaching as a deeper intervention when something specific is arising. Helen can advise on the best approach during a Curiosity Call.
In-person sessions are available on the Gold Coast only. All other coaching and Qi Gong classes are available online to clients worldwide via Zoom.
