These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Pleasure Waves website https://pleasurewaves.com.au/ and any services, bookings, or appointments made through it for coaching or qi gong. By accessing the Site or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or Services.

  1. About Us

Pleasure Waves  is operated by Pleasure Waves, ABN 33 744 622 622, of Qld, Australia.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking or use our Services. By making a booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

  1. Bookings and Appointments

3.1 Bookings may be made through the Site, by phone, or by other methods we make available from time to time.

3.2 A booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from us via email

3.3 We reserve the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel any booking at our discretion, including where a coach or teacher is unavailable, in which case we will offer an alternative time or a full refund.

3.4 Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session at full price, or the need to reschedule, at our discretion.

  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

4.1 We require at least 12 hours’ notice for coaching appointments to cancel or reschedule a booking without charge. One hours notice is required for qi gong classes.

4.2 Cancellations made with less notice than specified above may incur a cancellation fee of 50%.

4.3 No-shows for coaching (failure to attend without notice) will be charged 100% of the booking value.

4.4 We reserve the right to waive cancellation fees at our discretion in exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical emergencies).

  1. Fees and Payment

5.1 All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

5.2 Payment is due at time of booking as specified at checkout.

5.3 We accept payment via credit card

5.4 We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

  1. Health, Safety and Conduct

6.1 We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue Services if we reasonably believe it is unsafe to proceed, or if a client behaves in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or inappropriate toward staff or other clients.

6.2 Clients under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be refused service without a refund.

6.3 Any form of harassment, inappropriate conduct, or requests for services outside the scope of what we offer will result in immediate termination of the appointment without refund, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

  1. Refunds

7.1 Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

7.2 Where Services are not provided as described, or a major failure occurs, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement service, or partial refund in accordance with your consumer guarantee rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).

7.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.

  1. Liability

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Service.

8.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or Services.

8.3 Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

  1. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Site or Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Pleasure Waves and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our prior written consent.

  1. Website Use

11.1 You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site.

11.2 We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time without notice, including for maintenance or security reasons.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party sites.

  1. Changes to These Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State in relation to any dispute arising from these Terms.
